  • As a practicing Broker Owner, Alisha brings real-world, relevant experience to her classes. Her energy and enthusiasm are contagious, and her passion for real estate radiates through her work. Known as "The HOA Lady," Alisha has authored and taught multiple HOA and POA classes, focusing on addendums, contracts, and their relationship to the Texas Property Code.

  • With over a decade and a half as a full-time practicing REALTOR®, Alisha understands the dedication and commitment required to further your education. She provides in-depth, quality curriculum and values your time.

  • As a Presidents Circle Golden R Major Investor, Alisha advocates on behalf of private property owner rights and is a proud member of the Purple Solution. She serves on Texas REALTORS® Leadership Development, Public Policy, and Professional Standards Committees, keeping abreast of legislative impacts on Texas real estate. Alisha is honored to represent Texas on the National Association of REALTORS® Safety Committee.

  • Alisha is equally proud of her service outside real estate in her local community. She has received numerous awards, including:
