The One to Four Contract updates have been approved by TREC. This is the first change to the MAIN contract most agents use since 2022.

We will review the new T-47.1 and Paragraph 12 IN DEPTH. As well as the other form changes approved by TREC. Focus on potential BROKERS policy updates and what YOUR agents need to know.

This TWO HOUR class is meant for high level contract comprehension (Brokers/Managers). I have several other 3 hour classes that go more slowly and thoroughly though ALL the changes.
